“We want to be the Subway for pizzas and baked paninis!” said one of the co-founders at our first meeting in October 2013. From there, Electric Pixel created the brand’s entire concept from A to Z. From the R&D travel trips with the co-founders to the first tastings in test kitchens, the Pannizza concept evolved from our pixelated minds, to our computer screens and finally to it’s first store opening on May 5th 2014. Pannizza has already signed over 200 stores for Quebec and we’re proud to be a strong contributor to their expansion and on-going success.
